1. Buy online:

  • Goods are defected or damaged from suppliers.
  • Take photos of faulty goods and send them to the email and the company’s contact line so that the company confirms that the goods are able to applied the return policy.
  • In the case of being applied change policy without / out of stock, you will be refunded.
  • You are able to change after receiving goods within 15 days.
  • Note: customers should repack the goods before changing to avoid damage due to shipping error, the company will not be responsible in this case.

2. Buy foreign goods:

  • Redeem after receiving goods within 35 days..
