How to cook goat/beef hotpot:
Step 1: Beef tail (beef bone / beef skin) cleaned 500gr – 2kg depending on the number of users, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinated with 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon fish sauce
