DH Food Natural Goat/ Beef Hotpot Spice
Ingredient: Cinnamon Vine, Red Dates, Wolfberry, Angelica Dahurica, Dang Shen Ginseng, Ginger, Cinnamon, Eucommia Ulmoides, Radix Astragali, Ligusticum Striatum, Angelica Sinensis, Star Anise, Cardamom Pod, Clove.
Usage Tips:
- Place spices into the filter bag and place the bag into a pot.
- Boil for 15 minutes with a few thin slices of ginger and lotus root (optional) in 2-3 liters of water.
- Add 1-2kg chopped oxtail (beef bones, beef, or goat with skin).
- Cook on low heat for 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Note: Best served with perilla, tofu skin, fresh tofu, Malabar spinach, mustard greens, etc.
